III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Revegetation and Reclamation Success (cont.): The final shrub parcel area was the <br />one that was away from the county road, This parcel was the best of the three. It <br />appeared to contain more shrubs and they also appeared to be much denser than <br />either of the other two parcels. <br />Slides and Damaae: The steel stakes that have been placed across the slump area <br />were in alignment and the area appeared to be stable. All of the drains for the <br />French Drain were dry. The area was well vegetated and appeared to be stable at <br />the time of the inspection. <br />
