Further details of the records
inspection can be found on page 5 of this report.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: The site is in excellent condition. All culverts and ditches were inspected
and found to be clear and capable of functioning as designed. Both ponds had water in them but were
not discharging. The ponds are stable, well vegetated and will function as designed.
GENERAL MINE COMPLIANCE: The site is well maintained and erosionally stable.
EXCESS SPOILS AND DEVELOPMENT WASTE: The waste pile is stable and all water is diverted
off the top and into designed ditches.
