Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of December, 1995. <br />The site was partially covered with approximately an inch of snow. <br />The slopes are well vegetated and stable. <br />Deer have been browsing on the reclamation. <br />
