Seeps or springs were not visible on the reclaimed slope of the refuse highwall <br />area. The northern section of the 100-year ditch above the refuse highwall was <br />visible and looked to be in good condition. <br />Nothing warranting on the-ground inspection was observed in any of the three <br />photographs. <br />4 <br />
