The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted <br />on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 . The file does not contain adequate maps for either the mining plan or <br />the reclamation plan. <br />The operator must submit better maps, according to the standards in <br />Rule 6.3.5 for this 110 operation, by the date shown.
