III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Belouv are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action, <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Janet Bimms, of Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. Mr. Frank Self of Trapper Mining Inc. accompanied the inspection. The weather was warm <br />and clear. Soil surface throughout the mine site was dry. Mr. Self reported that TMI had measured <br />0.92" precipitation in the past week. The mine is an active surface mine. <br />Records: Please refer to "Availability of Records" form in this report. <br />Hvdrolotnc Balance: <br />Drainages throughout mine site are in good repair. Johnson drainage was walked between ponds as <br />was Oak drainage and un-named drainage to the east of Oak drainage.
