The Division has the permission of the <br />landowner to erect the sign. <br />Hydrologic Balance: upper diversion ditch, erosion of coal wastes. This item is programmed for correction by <br />an AML project. <br />Backfill and Grading: opening in lower vent portal behind the portal seal. This item is programmed for <br />correction by an AML project. <br />Processing Waste: Erosion of exposed wastes. A crib wall is in disrepair. These items are programmed for <br />correction by an AML project. <br />Revegetation: weeds in disturbed areas of the site. This item is programmed for correction by an AML project. <br />Slides and Damage: The air adit has collapsed behind the seal. This item is programmed for correction by an <br />AML project. <br />Reclamation Success: Collapse of the air adit. See above. <br />Other: waste materials at the lower bench area, 30 gallon drum at the lower bench area contents ultknown. This <br />item is programmed for correction by an AML project. <br />A plan has been developed and a course of corrective actions programmed (work by contract) under the <br />Abandoned Mine Lands program. A contract has been let to Dirt and Iron, but work had not started as of the <br />date of this inspection. <br />None of the items above have been corrected. <br />Fish and Wildlife: Bear scat was seen on the lower bench. <br />Subsidence: A reach of the air adit has collapsed behind the portal seal.
