III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the mspection. The comments include discusswn of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial mspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) This mine is in permanent cessation and <br />reclamation of most areas is complete, Evidence of recent, heavy rain was noted on the <br />roads approaching the mine site.
