PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 1 Noxious andlor prohlematic weed infestation ({'anada thictle~wac_ observed within the affected area CORRECTION DATE 01 / 31 / 03 PB or PV: PB CORRECTIVE ACTION: TOPIC(S): RV A weed control plan developed in consultation with, and approved by, the appropriate local weed control authority must be submitted as a technical revision to this permit. 2. Per the enclosed reclamation cost estimate, jhe site is rurrentty under-honded- CORRECTIVE ACTION: Pursuant to Section 34-32.5-117(4) of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act, adequate financial warranty must be submitted to DMG within 60 days of the mailing date of this report. 3. The approved reclamation plan calls for planting of Russian olive tree seedlings. Planting of Russian olive is no longer allowed in Colorado. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Please submit a technical revision to the permit that addresses glanting_of an alternate species instead of the Russian olive.
