Enforcement <br />action forthcoming. <br />OBSERVATIOfrS OF IhiPOKTANOE: <br />1. Initial pre-disturbance inspection. <br />2. Existing access is a dirt road, approx. 7 feet wide running parallel <br />to the west of an existing drainage, which exits immediatly below <br />US 6 into Clear Creek. <br />R. Metamorphic rock out crop and heavy cover of short grass and mountain <br />nlohogany characterizes the hillside facing US 6. Plature cottonwood <br />runs along the existing drainage and mature ponderosa occurs along the <br />hillside in clusters of approx. 25/acre. <br />4. Considerableamount of the area is very steep and unaccessible to heavy <br />equipment for topsoil salvaging purposes.
