OBSERVATIOfrS OF IhiPOKTANOE:
1. Initial pre-disturbance inspection.
2. Existing access is a dirt road, approx. 7 feet wide running parallel
to the west of an existing drainage, which exits immediatly below
US 6 into Clear Creek.
R. Metamorphic rock out crop and heavy cover of short grass and mountain
nlohogany characterizes the hillside facing US 6. Plature cottonwood
runs along the existing drainage and mature ponderosa occurs along the
hillside in clusters of approx. 25/acre.
4. Considerableamount of the area is very steep and unaccessible to heavy
equipment for topsoil salvaging purposes. However, there are a number of
slopes (including north and west facing), that have good layer of topsoil,
which are accessible ,
