OBSERVATIONS
This was a follow-up inspection conducted by Tony Waldron of DMG. This site was inspected
on May 9, 1998 and a problem was cited for not having the permit boundary clearly marked.
The boundaries have now been clearly marked with orange tee-posts at each corner and the
affected are.s can be clearly located on the ground. Therefore, the problem has been abated
and the problem tracking system will be updated to reflect that the problem has been complied
with.
