4 <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Ohio Creek Coal Mine #2 for the month of March, 2001. The <br />weather was clear but there was still two feet of snow covering the site. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is covered with snow and the pond appears to be "relatively" dry. It <br />was not discharging. <br />General Mine Compliance: No problems were observed due to the heavy snow cover. <br />
