An aerial inspection was conducted of what appears to be the Coal Creek Resources Pit. <br />Several or more oblique photographs of the Regular 112 Operation were taken with a 35mm <br />camera and will be used by Division Staff during future ground inspections to determine <br />compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. Photographs (slides) are attached <br />to this repo:.t. <br />2. Copies of the aerial photographs will be made available to the operator upon request, <br />provided the operator is willing to pay for the cost of duplication. <br />3. There was active mining disturbance in the Coal Creek channel at the time of inspection. <br />It appears that all disturbances occur within the 1590 acre permit area. The operator was <br />using dry miming equipment and methods as the creek channel was dry.
