The mine I.D. sign will <br />have to be changed to reflect the new permit number upon issuance of the permanent <br />program permit. <br />4.03 Roads <br />The access road and associated ditches and culvert were all in good shape. <br />9.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />The sediment control system appeared to function properly during recent rains, <br />since there was no evidence of off-site effects. <br />4.20 Subsidence,COntrol <br />The areas overlying the OCN2 and OCNl workings were walked over. No subsidence <br />problems from the OCN2 workings are evident on the ground. However, numerous depressions <br />believed to be due subsidence of the OCN1 workings were evident. <br />
