Mountain Coal Company <br />West Elk Mine <br />Lone Pine Development Waste Pile <br />Certification of Critical Construction Periods <br />Third Quarter 1995 <br />Critical construction periods of the Lone Pine Development Waste Pile as per Technical <br />Revision No. 73 and subsequent modifications, were inspected. <br />During the 3rd Quarter ] 995, the following construction was completed as approved: <br />Placement and compaction of development waste; <br />Placement of subsoil cover material; <br />Placement of topsoil; and <br />4. Re-installation and maintenance of surface drainage devices. <br />The construction was completed according to the approved plans and specifications, and <br />inspected as required by qualified persons under the direction of a certified Professional <br />Engineer. <br />..n n-~a <br />~ ,t <br />Phil G.
