III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Gillis of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. Skies were cloudy at the time of the inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />Although the area has received a significant amount of rain & snowfall during the past several weeks, the site <br />showed no significant problems relating to erosion or sedimentation. <br />
