Comments - Compliance <br />Below are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items. <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules and <br />Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />Roads (4.03 <br />The access road and drainage ditch have recently been graded and are in good <br />condition. <br />Hydrologic Balance (4.05) <br />The upper ditches, down-drains and upper and lower pads had been graded and <br />were functioning well. The upper inlets of the two down drains from the lower <br />pads need some work due to washing out during spring runoff. Also, the <br />ditches leading to the sediment pond should be cleaned as part of normal <br />spring maintenance. <br />Other <br />The fence around the permit area is down around the sediment pond area and <br />should be repaired prior to the grazing season to keep cattle out of the <br />operating area and revegetated topsoil storage area. <br />
