The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Review of the permit file indicates that there are no <br />clear or ciefinate plans for final reclamation of the <br />plant site. <br />CORRECTIVE: ACTION3 <br />Submit a permit modification on or before November 30, 2001 <br />to clarify the plans for final reclamation of the existing <br />plant situ. A technical revision may be submitted if the <br />plans For final reclamation of the plant site are consistent <br />with the eipproved post-mining land uses and plans for the <br />svrroundir~g affected lands.
