(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-1992-100 <br />INSPECTION DATE 1-12-2006 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS SSS <br />This inspection was conducted as part of The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) monitoring program for permitted mines <br />in Colorado. <br />The mine identification sign and affected area boundary markers are in place and in compliance with Rule 3.1.12. <br />No significant infestations of noxious or other problematic weeds were noted on site during this inspection. The area where the <br />infestation of toadflax was noted in previous inspections is now the inslope of a lined pond and should no longer be a problem. <br />No significant erosional features were noted on the affected areas of the site. The permittee indicated that approximately4 feet <br />of gravel was replaced by the river last spring in the upper end of the instream portion of the pit according to the annual channel <br />survey data.
