Although covered with snow, they appear to be <br />in canrpliance with the permit <br />HYDROLAGIC BALANCE The sedimentation pond appears in both photographs. The bottoms of the <br />ponds arc covcrod with snort or icc. Draiuagc 3itchca arc riot tii~iblc duc to snow cover. Ttrere appears <br />to be some stains in the southeast inlet from inflow.
