1. Pond inslopes not regraded as per Exhibit E of Reclamation Plan which states, "All final slopes of the pond will be graded to no
steeper than 2:1, except from 5 feet above to 10 feet below the expected water line where slopes shall not be steeper than 3:1 ,"
CORRECTIVE ACTION Prior to approval of bond release, pond inslopes will be graded to 3:1 for section of inslope 5 feet above
and 10 feet below expected water line.
2. Noxious weed species, prohibited by Rule 3.1.10161, were observed on pond inslopes.
