MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: ~~-1999-p7n <br />INSPECTION DATE: ne/gym INSPECTOR S INITIALS: KAP <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was performed as part of the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety's four-year <br />monitoring program. Present at the inspection was Kate Plckford, DMG. Weather at the time of the <br />inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 70 degrees. <br />2. A sign is posted at the entrance to the site. Some of the boundary markers could be located at the site. <br />Disturbance at the site consists of a pit with highwalls graded to approximately 2.5:1 and approximately <br />20 to 25 feet deep. The area that is affected is much of the original 1 l Oc permit area that existed prior <br />to a conversion of the permit. The acreage added to the permit through the conversion appears to <br />have not been disturbed at this pioint. <br />3. There does not appear to be a pile of topsoil reserved at the site for reclamation. The operator is <br />reminded to reserve topsoil from the new areas of disturbance for reclamation.
