III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This aerial inspection was conducted by Harry Ranney (DMG) about thirteen hundred hours on <br />the afternoon of February 18, 1997. The photograph was reviewed by William J. Carter (DMG) <br />on March 3, 1997. <br />The site was covered with snow at the time of the flight. <br />Roads: <br />The county road coming into the site appears to be plowed and in good, and stable condition. <br />Hvdrolo~ Balance: <br />The sedimentation pond and collection appear not to have any standing water. These structures <br />appeaz to also be stable at this time. <br />Tonsod: <br />The topsoil pile is covered with snow, but appears stable. <br />Slides and Damage <br />No slumping or sliding is apparent from the aerial photograph. <br />
