We are in receipt of your updated survey map and letter reference the pit boundary. We believe a
minimum setback of 100' from Spring Branch Creek to be appropriate for protection of wildlife values provided try
the wetland/riparian habitat assoaated with the creek. Further, we believe the proposed minimum setback in
combination wilfi berms will adequately prevent siltation of Spring Branch Creek.
