Long <br />Division Director <br />There are only two parties that have objected to the application (Cooper and Tucker) so we will <br />proceed with the hearing process. We held the Informal Conference on July 21, 2000. Unless <br />the two objecting parties withdraw their objections, we will schedule the pre-hearing conference <br />and the Board hearing within the required time frames after a recommendation can be rendered. <br />The recommendation cannot be issued until all adequacy items have been addressed. Currently, <br />we do not know when this will occur. <br />Again, if you need any assistance addressing the adequacy items give me a call or, we can <br />schedule a meeting to discuss the items. <br />I still plan to inspect the existing pit when l can break away for a day.
