We are aware of and understand the mine and <br />reclamation operations for the subject property (see attached "Vicinity Map")and have talked with a representative of Trans <br />Coloratlo Concrete regarding these operations. We understand and agree that mining operations antl associated activities <br />may occur within 50 feet of our stmctures.
