P::e date that t.9e problem is resolved or tie date t^at t::e opz-ator <br />is deemed de_'irouent is to ~e c-'early stated. <br />PROBLEM RESOLVED <br />82-5 Culvert No. 3 has been cleared of sediment. <br />OPERATOR DELINQUENT <br />82-3 The berm on the ranch road above the portal area has not been properly maintained. <br />This berm must be repaired and strengthened to ensure that runoff is confined to the road <br />rather than running down the outslope causing erosional problems. <br />In a letter from David Canning to Carol Russell dated June I5, 1982, the operator <br />agreed to either maintain the required ditch dimensions (1.6 feet deep) or control <br />drainage "by a berm of at Least 6 inches in height extending along the outside edge of <br />the ranch road." This is not being done. Failure to correct this problem by <br />September 15, 1982 may result in an enforcement action. <br />END OF REPORT <br />
