Apre-operation inspection of the proposed "Band PiY' was conducted. Present during the inspection was Mr. Gorden <br />Brocker. <br />2. The Applicant has submitted an application for a Regular 112 Construction Materials Permit, and has proposed a dry, <br />conventional excavation above the ground-water surface. The site is currently being used as rangeland and will be <br />reclaimed to rangeland. Vegetation consists of a sagebrush-grass plant community.
