IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring <br />abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />No enforcement actions were issued as a result of this complete inspection. <br />NOV CV-2000-011 was issued on December 20, 2000 for failure to maintain Frontier <br />Insurance reclamation bond #110345 in compliance with the applicable Statutes and <br />Regulations. Abatement was set for January 8, 2001. An extension of time was <br />granted on January 8, 2001 until January 12, 2001.
