The Division approved an amzndment to Che permit cn February 9,2001 which added 7.4 acres to the permit area. This was the first Jnspection since that approval. The road then continues to the southeast onto the permit area acl oss the rubble disposal slope on the north su9e cf tl:e permit area. This section of the n:.: [o ad can not be used for access to the rubbly slope for reclamation activities. It is the Division's position that prior to using this road for minin9 or reclamation activtties it must be included as part of the permit area, or such use would be considered as mining outside the permit area - a possible vi~latinn. h!a rc :.cola f~o:r.
