I <br />have also encluded for your information copies from the <br />original pit permit and the annual permit reports statements <br />that there has been no mining at this site or no removal of <br />overburden or top soil. I hope this information will clear <br />things up for you and we can get this matter resolved and <br />this pit closed out.
