Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG, and Jim Brokov, Park County
Road and Bridge. Weather at the time of the inspection was foggy, windy, and approximately 35
degrees.
2. A previous inspection was conducted 9/15/05, during which access to the site could not be gained.
Accompanied by Mr. Brokov, access could be gained for this inspection. This resolves the problem
cited in the last inspection report.
3. An appropriate sign is posted at the mine entrance. The boundaries at the site appear to be
adequately marked. Disturbance at the site consists of an area that has been mined where stockpiles
and equipment is placed. The edges of the excavation are predominantly graded to 3:1 slopes. A
topsoil stockpile is located south of the excavated area. The topsoil does not appear to have been
seeded but is covered with vegetation in the form of weeds.
f & E Contact Address
NAME: Jim Lvnn
OPERATOR: Park County Road and BridgQ
STREET: P n_ Rix 147
CITY/STATE/ZIP: rairplny C(7 Rn44n
Cc: ^ CE
^ BL
^ FS
^ HW
^ HMWMD (CH)
^ SE
^ WQCD (CH)
X Other: Harry Posey, DMG
