The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The site has no permit ID sign nor permit boundary markers, though they are required 2/21 /00 pursuant to Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV: PB CORRECTIVE ACTION: TOPICISI: SM The operator must post a permit ID sign containing all required information, and , _ install boundary markers which are adequate to delineate the permitted land. Evidence of completing this installation, in the form of photos, must be received at this office by the date shown at right. Reclamation has not been carried to completion within the required timeframe. The 2!21!00 topsoil has been allowed to degrade and has not yet been respread as a part of final PB or PV: PB reclamation. TOPICISI: TS CORRECTIVE ACTION: RS , _, _ The operator must control the weeds on the topsoil, pursuant to Rule 3.1.9. This may be performed while it is stockpiled or after it has been spread, but must be performed during the 2000 construction season. The operator must commence all remaining reclamation tasks during the 2000 construction season. The operator must provide a written statement clearly showing a commitment to the completion of these tasks. This statement must be received at this office by the date shown at right. 3. The site contains infestations of noxious weeds, which are required to be controlled 3122/00 pursuant to Rule 3.1.10161• PB or PV: PB TOPICISI: RV CORRECTIVE ACTION: _, _, _ The operator must prepare and submit a weed control plan, in consultation with a weed control authority. The operator must submit this plan accompanied by a commitment to treat the weeds at the earliest proper season and continue such treatments until controlled.
