(Page 2)
MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-1983-141
INSPECTION DATE Auoust 05. 2004
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CBM
This inspection was conducted as part of the normal monitoring program established by the Colorado Division of Minerals and
Geology and in coordination with the Cafion City office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) which owns some property
that the mine and mill are on.
Present at the inspection were Mr. Mark Steen of ITEC Environmental Colorado, Inc.(ITEC), Mr. Ed Skoda of Mount Royale
Ventures, LLC (MRV-LLC), and Mr. Gordon Sweeney, working for ITEC and MRV-LLC. Present for the BLM were Jan
Fackrell, Dan Grenard, Natalie Czarnota, and Melissa Fallin. The inspection was, in part, for the purpose of defining what parts
of the permit areas are on BLM lands. The BLM and Mr. Steen will be coordinating further on land ownership issues.
The road from the Gold Hill Mill to the Cash Mine has been graded and maintained so access to the Cash Mine is easier. The
Cash Mine headframe will have to be redone in order to access the mine safely since MSHA now requires metal headframes
and the present one is made of wood.
Junk from the property has been cleaned up to some extent and, according to Mr. Steen, more trash and junk will be removed
soon. The road from the Cash Mine has been extended somewhat down the dump and further down the hill to access
properties further down the mountain towards the Four Mile Canyon road and Hoosier Reef.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Carl Mount at the Division of Minerals and Geology Denver Office,
phone no. 303-866-3863.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: Mr. Mark Steen
OPERATOR: ITEC Environmental Colorado.
