Terror Creek Loadout: oe. 2 <br />Liability insurance is current through July 21, 1999. Annual reclamation report and hydrology <br />report were on file, as was the storm water management plan. We reviewed the current bond <br />which consists of a $115,346.05 letter of credit and a $96,550,95 CD. This concluded our record <br />review. <br />We concluded the inspection with a review of permitting actions requited to be at the Delta <br />County Courthouse in Delta, CO. We found the following permitting actions: <br />Initiation of Permit Renewal (PR) no. 3 for Terror Ck. loadout dated 2/2/98, and 2/20/98. <br />Technical Revision (TR) no. 2S, Bowie No. l Mine dated 4/30/96 was the mid-term permit <br />review which has been subsequently carried over into PR no. 3 at the Bowie No. 1 Mine. PR no. <br />3 at the Bowie No. 1 Mine dated 10/24/97. TR no. 29, Bowie No.l Mine dated 11/24/98 for the <br />East Ridge Disposal Area; and TR no. 30 at Bowie No. 1 Mine dated 12/19/98 for Increased <br />throughput at the loadout. We also noted the 1/26/95 DMG Public Notice of Records <br />Availability which notifies the public of additional records which are available from DMG. <br />This courthouse review included 2 documents related to PR no. 3 at the Terror Creek loadout; PR <br />no. 3 at the Bowie No. 1 Mine; three TR's on file for the Bowie No. ]Mine; and the DMG <br />Notice of Records Availability. There appeared to be public permit files available here for all <br />the permitted coal operations in Delta County.
