CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must develop and submit a weed control plan, as _, _,
stated in this report, to be made part of the permit plan through a technical revision (if it
is submitted promptly it can be part of the TR-5 currently under review for no additional
fee). The weed control plan must also contain a statement committing to timely and
correct implementation of the plan. This weed plan must be received by this office by
the date shown at right.
