problem since it is dry. In fact, tk~~ey have an old lir,iu:rir gallon
diesel Lank: buried ~~n the mine bench for water. At t!-~is time it is
empty Gut it must be fl~.rshed per hlr. Osborne before it is to he used
for mine water.
The Sedlment trap f~_~r the mime portal area, wl~icl•~ is logsated
between the beltway and the er:haust fan had standing water but there
was nc~ sign of a discharge. 'fhe e~:;haust fan was running. Acce~~=. tc~
tk~e manway and beltline was restricted.
There was no evidence c.f any cane being undergrocand dcarinn the
inspection. They were wc~rk:ing on a lea~.h field test for the new mir-~e
office in the f;asture area c.r. tl-~e sc~i.rtf~ side of the access r~-~ad down
from the mine.
