Repair all gullies and erosion areas with • <br />the overburden soils. <br />Oct 24 All disturbed lands above the anticipated water level will have a six to <br />eight inch layer of topsoil spread and graded smooth on them. <br />Oct 24 Access into property at northwest comer improved. <br />Oct 24 Access driveway into Polly's house improved with a layer of four inch road <br />base and widened where necessary to ten feet. <br />Oct 31 Grass seed mix planted with a drill seeder and mulched with four tons per , <br />acre of straw mulch. <br />Nov 7 Trees planted per DMG reclamation plan. ~ • <br />...~ <br />Dec 7 Block drain so lake will begin to fill. . <br />1998 - 99 Slope, grass and tree maintenance performed.
