The outslope of the waste rock pile has been terraced, in compliance with the existing EPP.
There are three benches now, about 6 feet wide, cut by small dozer. The forested portion of
the permit area has not been impacted, and cast over material appears to have been minimal
at htis time. This should be monitored to ensure that rolling or eroding material does not
become excessive.
There were no ore sacks noted at Vickers Ranch. In fact the grassed area where the sacks had
previously been placed does not exhibit adverse impact at all. It apparently has been
several weeks at least since any sacks have been placed there. Part of this may be due to
the muddy and rutted road, a result of the daily rains received here lately.
The groundwater monitoring stations were not observed, though discussion briefly covered the
ongoing quarterly sampling to be done.
As the present, it was observed that the operator has performed most of the specified
activities necessary to clean up, stabilize and identify the permit area, in accordance with
