The time lapse required to resolve this Corrective Action is
attributable to the necessity for the Division and Operator to work together to establish and
concur on the Affected Area.
Placement of boundary markers was conducted during the week of November 10. Boundary
markers are steel re-bar, hammered into the ground and which have had the top painted
fluorescent orange. Each marker is identified by a steel washer with the Permit number and
Affected Area corner number engraved on the washer.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the above-described action.
cc: David C.
