Reveoetation
The area topsoiled above pond 6 had been reseeded and mulched since the last inspection.
The operator is using certified weed-free mulch as required. This mulch is applied by the
broadcast method during reseeding and is tracked into the soil by a dozer immediately after
application,
Overall, the site appeared in good condition for the late winter season. The operator
continues to make excellent progress in reclaiming the site.
