M., in <br />Boulder County, Colorado. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />by C.R.S. 34-32-124, the Board hereby makes the following findings of fact: <br />1. Colina Oro Molino, Inc. is permitted to conduct a milling operation under the <br />terms of Permit M-94-117 located in Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 72 West <br />of the 6th P.H., in Boulder County, Colorado. <br />2. The Hined Land Reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public Hearing on January 25, <br />1996 to consider asseaement of Civil Penalties related to Notice of Violation No. <br />M-95-078. <br />3.
