Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine for the month of January, 1996. <br />The site is covered with approximately 12" of snow. <br />The site has been heavily grazed by a herd of elk. <br />The cable at the entrance to the site was left down by Fire Hawk Contractors, surface owner for <br />that portion of the site, allowing free access to the site. <br />The access road to the site is cluttered with brush and construction material waste from the <br />operations of Fire Hawk Contractors, Inc. <br />The slopes appear to be stable under the snow cover. <br />
