IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />NOV CV-2007-002 Abatement <br />Step 1: Abatement was properly completed within the required time frame and was verified during <br />inspection of May 30, 2007. <br />Step 2: By July 1, 2007, submit a complete technical revision application with revised drainage design <br />to include enlarged Channel PM-4C and road berm along light use road segment north of <br />Culvert PM-10, to accommodate snowmelt runoff (Modified and Extended 5-30-07). <br />Step 3. By August 2, 2007, implement and complete plan required by Step 2. In addition, complete <br />grading work to repair erosion slide damage (using track-hoe positioned above the slide}, and <br />seed areas of exposed soils associated with the slide and slide repair. (Modified 5-30-07). <br />There are no additional new or outstanding NOV abatements. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/97 <br />6 <br />
