III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Ohio Creek Coal Mine #2 for the month of April. Weather at the time <br />of the inspection was cloudy and soon to snow. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond has approximately 2-3 feet of water, covered with fresh snow, and was <br />not discharging. <br />General Mine Comaliance: The mine is still snowbound but will probably be free of snow for the May <br />inspection. <br />Reclamation Success: The site is still dormant at this time. <br />~'-~= <br />_. , <br />~~ Y ~,.. <br /> <br />
