III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. No one else was present. The ground was dry. <br />Roads <br />The site is open to public access. The access road is Bullied and rough, but is passable. <br />General Mine Plan Compliance <br />Discarded debris litters the area, as noted in past inspection reports. Hunters in a vehicle passed <br />through the area apparently on their way to an area beyond the mine site. The timber and cable guard <br />rail was in good condition. No problems were found at the site. <br />
