The site is large clay mine located <br />approximately 7 miles East of Kiowa Colorado. Present during the inspection <br />was Mr. Gregory Knell of Robinson Brick. The area requested for release was <br />inspected and found to be undisturbed. The Division recommends release of <br />the 40 acres from the permit. The permit is acreage after the release of 40 <br />acres will be 354.5 acres. <br />18.
