The operator. cannot effectively <br />repair or maintain the ditches until the snow has melted. Therefore, the compliance <br />deadline, originally set at February 1, 1982, is extended until June 1, 1982. <br />4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />The operator is dozing snrno from the parking area to the east. The materials <br />blocking the diversion ditch east of the shop will be inspected when the ditch is <br />visible. The compliance deadline far cleating the diversion ditch is extended until <br />April I5, 1982, or sooner, when conditions permit. <br />The 10' pile of~road scrapings, piled at the inlet to Culvert C-3, is still in <br />place. The operator is in the process of resolving this problem and has contacted the <br />county dump. <br />
