As noted during the Sw <br />inspection eazlier this yeaz, there is a small ridge of material in the area where the permits <br />During inspection, we discussed my proposal to remove this material when the Stmnyside <br />J believe you mentioned it is allowable to remove material common to adjacent permits if t <br />agreement between the permittees and Division approval. <br />Removing the ridge of material as proposed will affect an area of approximately 1 <br />shotvn on the attached sketch. After the ridge is removed, material from above will be pus( <br />and smoothed over the wmmon slope. This will eliminate any conflict between the permit <br />plans of Mesa County and Pazkerson Constmction. The area will be reclaimed to a conditi <br />to the Division. The final reclaimed slope will be more natttral in appearance than one rec <br />[wo reclamation plans. <br />Mesa County has indicated its agreement with the proposal, as evidenced below by <br />Carmen, Division Director of the Mesa County Road Department, and Parkerson Constructi <br />requests the Division's approval of the plan.
