site (W % NW '/a Sec 20 T4N R85W). <br />Trout Creek was sampled above and below the site. See the Map at the end of this report. <br />BACKFILL AND GRADING <br />The re-graded azea associated with the West Ridge Pond repair appeazed to be stable. There is no <br />additional backfill and grading required in the reclamation of the site. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES <br />A permanent office building (in some disrepair), associated facilities, and parking area remains on site <br />in areas that have not received Phase III bond release. There was no sign of change in condition. The <br />three permanent sedimentation ponds and check dams of the Center-West Ridge drainage were in good <br />repair. However, vegetation needs to be cleared from the embankment slopes of the West Ridge Pond. <br />FISH AND WILDLIFE <br />Pronghorns and elk were observed on the site. <br />REVEOETATION <br />Vegetation looked good. Some vegetation was starting to appeaz at the West Ridge Pond repair. <br />Scattered weeds were noted about the permit azea, with a greater incidence on the higher sections (SE) <br />of the Skyline Drive. <br />SLIDES AND DAMAGE <br />Repairs to the West Ridge Pond uphill slope appeared to be stable. As discussed under roads above, a <br />railroad crossing has not been re-established and barrier stakes were still in place at the south Oak <br />Creek facilities access road railroad crossing. Phase III Bond Release has been approved for the azea of <br />this crossing. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS <br />Reclamation accomplished to date appeared to be successful. <br />C-1980-001 CC Inspection 16 July 2007, page 4 of 7 pages <br />
